Firstly we will get the injuries over and done with, James Brooks took it at his home trails he slipped a hand on landing and skidded on his head a good 20 ft distance and knocking himself out. The damage isn't permanent but he wont be going on the pull while he looks like John Merrick!
Jon Taylor has been filling his time up hanging in Oklahoma with Mr Hoffman & he recently went to the FISE event in Montpellier where he placed 7th in Vert, he is also filming a web video which will be going up on the seventies website real soon. Not to mention working on his upcoming Vans ad!
Sam Foakes is studying hard for his finals at uni & he is also filming for his part in the soon to be released KGB video.
Bas Keep has had a turbulent start to the year, he injured his spleen at the Metro Jam in Singapore and ended up in hospital there, he had to stay in Singapore until he was fit to travel back to the UK, not fully recovered he found time to go over to FISE in Montpellier and place 2nd in the Vert comp there, nice going Bas!
Mark Webb doesn't ever get off his bike, he learnt 900 flat spins on a mini and then went on to FISE to win the first round of the Braun Cruzer tour, he also kicked off in the street contest in Montpellier taking another first I believe and pulling some seriously stupid moves & in the process taking some big scalps in the contest. Next up for Webby will be a tour for Relentless Energy drinks at the end of June. Mark Webb video from Fise. Click here
Chris Mahoney has also been riding hard and placed 5th at Montpellier in the Braun Cruzer tour, Chris has been working real hard on new stuff so keep you eyes on him this summer. Chris Mahoney Video from Fise. Click here
